  1. Acceptance of Terms By signing up for the Sister Squad Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Membership Description The Sister Squad Membership is a subscription-based service that provides members with access to exclusive content, resources, coaching, and community support to help them grow their business, visibility, and impact within The Sisters in Success Sisterhood.

  3. Membership Plans and Pricing The SisterSquad Membership offers two plans: a. Monthly Membership Plan: $24.99 per month b. Annual Membership Plan: $249.99 per year

Prices are subject to change with prior notice. The Company reserves the right to offer promotional discounts or special offers at its discretion.

  1. Payment and Renewal a. Monthly Membership Plan: Your credit card will be charged $24.99 upon signup and every month thereafter until you cancel your membership. b. Annual Membership Plan: Your credit card will be charged $249.99 upon signup and every year thereafter until you cancel your membership.

All payments are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date and that there are sufficient funds available for the recurring charges.

  1. Membership Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer support team or following the cancellation instructions provided in your membership portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the membership benefits until that date.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to any third parties without the express consent of the individual who shared the information.

  4. Member Conduct As a member of the Sister Squad, you agree to: a. Treat all members with respect and professionalism b. Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or hate speech c. Not share or promote any illegal, unethical, or spammy content or activities d. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your business and interactions within the community

The Company reserves the right to remove any member who violates these conduct guidelines or engages in behavior that is deemed harmful or disruptive to the community.

Disclaimer of Liability The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes that you may achieve through your participation in the Sister Squad Membership. You acknowledge that your success depends on your own efforts, actions, and circumstances.
